Requirements for the Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Before downloading the forms, please review the Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirements. All special events must meet specific coverage guidelines, including submitting event details, timelines, and any applicable information such as activities, vendors, alcohol service, or route maps. Every travel plan is uniquely tailored to your interests, preferences, and budget.
Indemnification Letter
As part of the required documentation, Catholic Properties will send the parish priest an indemnification letter for signature once the Certificate of Insurance (COI) has been delivered to Catholic Properties. This letter is included in the full package of forms that must be completed and signed in order to proceed with obtaining the Diocese’s approval and signatures.
Temporary City Permit
Before downloading the Temporary Use Permit application, please be aware that this permit is required through the City for most special events. A Temporary Use Permit allows short-term activities such as festivals, fundraisers, or community events to take place on a specific property for a limited time.
